If contract is declined, it will be deleted from system.
(Service Provider’s information is automatically filled, and is not able to be changed. Service Provider chooses county of where work will be performed at top drop down box. Service Provider than enters customers full name, phone number, email address, home or work address, city, state, and zip. The date for the contract being created is automatically filled. Service Provider than explains service to be performed.)
(Service Provider fills in amount that will be charged. Will be a dollar amount or a percentage (a realtor would use a percentage). Service Provider than chooses date for when service will be performed on or by.)
(Service Provider than checks box, which states they agree to the terms of the service contract. The customers box stays in a pending state. Contract is in pending status until customer agrees by checking box. Service Provider than clicks submit, and a contract code is emailed to customer’s email.)
